We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to handle inquiries generated by the Marketing team for our Forex and Financial Market training programs. The role involves explaining course details to interested individuals, following up on assigned leads, coordinating with the Team Leader during the sales process, and converting leads into paid enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact and follow up with assigned leads to explain our Forex and Financial Market training programs and convert them into paid enrollments.
- Promote Forex trading to potential customers
- Convert leads through calls, meetings, emails, and online channels
- Educate clients about Forex market basics, trading platforms, and company offerings
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with the support and compliance teams to ensure smooth on-boarding
- Keep up to date with Forex market trends, products, and competitor offerings




- Maintain accurate client data and sales reports in sheets

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field like BBA , B. tech, Finance, Marketing, or a related field(preferred)

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales orientation and ability to work under targets
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
