Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls professionally (inbound/outbound)
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions
- Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems
- Follow quality standards, compliance,



and process guidelines
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Meet daily productivity and performance targets (KPIs)

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduates (Freshers can apply)
- Non-Graduates with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English
- Proficiency in any ONE regional language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu)
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Willingness to work from office (HSR Layout, Bengaluru)

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
