About the Role

We are a premium restaurant in Edappally, Kochi looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain ledgers, journal entries, and reconcile bank statements

- Billing & Invoicing: Handle POS billing, vendor invoices, and customer billing

- Payroll: Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement

- Compliance: File GST returns, TDS, and ensure restaurant complies with F&B; taxation norms

- MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports, expense reports, P&L;, and cash flow statements

- Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors and maintain documentation

- Inventory Costing: Track F&B; inventory, wastage, and cost control in coordination with store team

Required Qualifications





- Education: http://B.Com Graduate. http://M.Com / CA Inter preferred but not mandatory

- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in accounting. Restaurant / F&B; / Retail experience is a plus

Skills:

- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and POS billing software

- Knowledge of GST, ESI, EPF, and payroll processing

- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

- Good communication in English and Malayalam
