Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Bhandup West, Mumbai (On-site)
Internship Duration: 5-6 Months (can be extended based on performance)

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Intern who is eager to learn the fundamentals of Human Resources. If you're someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and wants hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations, we'd love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Help with attendance, leave tracking, and HR reports.
- Assist in drafting HR-related emails, letters, and policies.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements





- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
