Business Development Manager (BDM) – Punjab Region

Location: Mohali / Chandigarh (Tricity) or Ludhiana

Job Purpose

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth and territory expansion across Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building B2B relationships, expanding institutional/dealer networks, generating revenue, and driving market presence across key districts including Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, and Mohali.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

· Identify, map, and pursue new business opportunities across key industrial and educational hubs in Punjab.

· Plan and conduct regular regional travel for client meetings, site visits, and institutional presentations.

· Manage the full B2B sales cycle from cold outreach and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.

· Onboard, train, and maintain solid relationships with regional dealers, system integrators, and channel partners.

· Audit partner activity regularly to ensure regional coverage and alignment with quarterly targets.





· Leverage internal CRM software to maintain lead logs, track pipeline health, and maintain pipeline transparency.

· Utilize data-driven calling techniques and localized digital marketing support to nurture prospects.

· Analyze local market trends, monitor competitor pricing, and identify untapped demand across Punjab districts.

· Provide weekly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regional insights to senior management.

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Set

- 3 to 6 years of proven B2B sales/business development experience in Punjab.
- Graduate in Business, Management, Electronics, or relevant discipline (MBA preferred).
- Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English (essential for client communication and field coordination).
- Basic working knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and digital tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Punjab and surrounding northern regions as needed.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
