- Good Experience in installing and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Proficient with IT ticketing tools and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge about data backup processes.
- Experienced in managing IT assets.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to recent technologies
