Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Manager with 1–4 years of experience to support and manage core HR functions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of HR practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or HR certifications are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, including ESI and PF
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
- Support disciplinary procedures and grievance handling under the guidance of senior management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Human Resources (internship experience is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Hindi language will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ODOO Books or any other ERP or HRMS platforms
