Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee end-to-end execution of residential construction projects, from foundation to finishing, with solid expertise in Mivan shuttering & Conventional shuttering technology. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to manage site teams, enforce quality standards, and deliver within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Ensure accurate setting out and levelling of works as per approved drawings.
- Execute and supervise all civil, structural, and finishing works with a focus on Mivan shuttering.
- Maintain strict adherence to IS codes and QCS standards throughout project execution.
- Conduct quality checks, ensure compliance with safety norms, and implement corrective measures.
- Plan daily/weekly work schedules, allocate resources, and manage labor teams effectively.
- Maintain site documentation including DPRs, photographs, material consumption, and inspection records.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and structural engineers to resolve technical/site issues.
- Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and finishes during all stages of construction.
- Attend client and internal review meetings,



present site updates, and implement action points.
- Inspect and verify finishing quality of work such as plastering, tiling, painting, and external facade.
- Monitor material usage and prevent wastage through timely planning and procurement coordination.
- Oversee installation of MEP works and coordinate closely with service contractors.
- Ensure completion of work within defined timelines and project budget.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Track project milestones and raise alerts in case of potential delays or risks.
- Uphold construction safety, hygiene, and site discipline at all times.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- 5 to 10 years in real estate or residential/commercial construction projects
- Hands-on expertise in Mivan shuttering & Conventional shuttering and structural execution
- In-depth knowledge of construction codes, technical drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project tracking tools preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and take ownership of site execution

Preferred

- Experience in high-rise/township projects
- Familiar with local Thane/Mumbai municipal and regulatory norms
- Ability to manage cross-functional coordination and project reporting
