Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional with experience in Loan & EMI processes to join our team. The role requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders and adhering to strict SLAs for task completion.
Key Responsibilities : -
● Handle end-to-end loan processing through CRM systems.
● Review and verify loan documents as per lender requirements and policy guidelines.
● Coordinate with lenders, sales teams, credit, operations, and other internal stakeholders
for smooth case processing.
● Track applications and ensure timely approvals, sanctions, and disbursals.
● Prepare and maintain MIS reports and process trackers.
● Ensure adherence to process, compliance,
and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
● Resolve case-level queries and support issue resolution.
Skills Required:
● Knowledge of loan processing and lending operations.
● Understanding of loan documentation and eligibility criteria.
● Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
● Ability to manage multiple cases and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
