Assist senior chefs in cooking, plating, and assembling menu items according to standard recipes and quality standards. Operate and monitor kitchen equipment (grills, ovens, deep fryers, blenders, slicers) safely and effectively. Ensure correct portion sizes and consistent presentation for every dish leaving the station
