Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Microsoft Dynamics CRM Interns to join our dynamic team for a 6-month internship program. This is a fantastic chance for individuals from any educational background who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and learning CRM solutions.

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in one of the world's leading customer relationship management platforms. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learn how to configure, customize, and optimize CRM systems, and contribute to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on business requirements.
- Work on data integration and automation using Power Automate.
- Support the design and development of dashboards, reports, and workflows.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of CRM functionalities to ensure seamless performance.
- Document project processes and create user guides for solutions implemented.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CRM solutions that enhance business operations.
