Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Wedding Photography

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to grow our client base, increase bookings, and enhance our brand presence in the wedding photography market. You will play a vital role in developing marketing strategies, nurturing leads, and closing sales to help engaged couples choose us to capture their most special day.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients via email, phone, and social media.
- Conduct sales consultations and follow-ups with leads.
- Develop and maintain a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database.
- Convert leads into bookings and hit monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and send customized wedding photography packages and quotes.
- Manage contracts, deposits, and payment follow-ups.
- Attend wedding expos, networking events, and vendor showcases.

Marketing:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, SEO).
- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
- Create engaging content using past wedding shoots (reels,



testimonials, blog posts).
- Maintain and update the website and portfolio with recent work.
- Collaborate with wedding planners, venues, and vendors to build referral partnerships.
- Track marketing analytics to measure ROI and adjust strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or account management (experience in weddings is a plus).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Understanding of the wedding industry and seasonal trends.
- Robust social media and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, or Google Ads.
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.

Nice to Have:

- Background or interest in photography, visual arts, or design.
- Experience working with CRMs.
- Knowledge of local wedding markets and competitors.

Compensation:

- Base salary or hourly rate + commission on bookings
- Bonuses for exceeding targets, vendor referrals, or successful campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
