Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Accountant with proven experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations; freshers are not eligible for this role.

The ideal candidate must have strong practical expertise in GST compliance, financial accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accounting software, with the ability to independently handle accounting responsibilities and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Candidates should be able to confidently demonstrate their hands-on experience, technical knowledge, and previous work achievements, while maintaining a proactive and accountable approach to financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Handle GST filings, returns, and statutory compliance
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and MIS
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and cash flow
- Debtors’ collection and constant follow ups




- Coordinate with auditors and ensure audit readiness
- Improve processes for better accuracy and efficiency

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Freshers will NOT be considered
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of:
- GST laws and filings
- Accounting software such as Tally Prime
- Must be able to demonstrate practical expertise, including:
- Handling GST returns independently
- Working with accounting systems and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of proven experience as an Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and professional ethics.
