We are looking for a energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, client acquisition, and business growth, with proven experience in identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and business proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close business deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project onboarding and delivery.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports on business development activities.




- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Experience in lead generation and B2B sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
