We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Manage PPC, Display, Remarketing, and Lead Generation campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI/ROAS
- Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad creatives

Requirements:

- 3–4 years of performance marketing experience
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and analytics tools
- Proven track record of generating leads and improving ROI
- Solid analytical and reporting skills
