Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Incharge to join in our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing
- End-to-end hiring for Store Managers, Sales Staff, Cashiers, Security, Housekeeping
- Manpower planning as per store opening, EOSS, Diwali, Pongal season
- Campus hiring, walk-ins, and tie-ups with job portals
- Conduct interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding for HO + Stores
- Maintain 0% vacancy in billing counters and critical roles

Payroll, Attendance & Statutory
- Attendance management via Biometric / ERP for all stores
- Salary processing coordination with Accounts - PF, ESI, PT, Bonus
- Handle PF, ESI, Shop & Establishment compliance for all locations
- Exit formalities: F&F;, relieving, clearance
- Maintain HR data accuracy in ERP/HRMS

Employee Relations & Store HR
- Store visits for grievance handling, attrition control, and morale
- Policy communication: Leave, Leave encashment, Incentives, Uniform, Discipline




- Handle conflicts between store staff, customers, and management
- Conduct induction training for new joinees on HR policies

Performance & Engagement
- Coordinate with Ops for KPI setting: Sales target, Billing accuracy, Attendance
- Track attrition and implement retention plans for sales staff
- Plan employee engagement: Festivals, EOSS contests, Best Employee awards
- Maintain HR MIS: Headcount, Attrition %, TAT to hire, Training hours

Education / Qualification

Education: Any Graduate. MBA HR / MSW preferred

Experience: 4-7 years in HR. Min 2 years in Retail/Multi-location is mandatory

Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Retail HR - shift management, sales incentives, attrition
- Payroll, PF, ESI, Shop & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act
- Excel, HRMS, Payroll software
- Positive communication in Tamil & English. Must be able to handle store staff
