Job Responsibilities
- Prepare food as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Handle cutting, chopping and ingredient preparation.
- Maintain food quality, taste, portion size and presentation.
- Follow hygiene, food safety and kitchen SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and workstations.
- Minimise food wastage and follow FIFO practices.
- Assist senior chefs during kitchen operations and service.
- Maintain teamwork, discipline and skilled behaviour.
Requirements
- 10th / 12th Pass; culinary training preferred.
- 3–4 years of relevant kitchen experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
