. Receiving the patients with warm wishes & shall be responsible for answering the queries and guiding the patient to the appropriate services/consultants.
2. Help Desk coordinator shall be responsible for providing updated, accurate, genuine information regarding:
- Services provided – facilities / specialties and tariff
- Consultants availability and their timings
- Basic information on packages / non packages
· Information booklets
· Guiding the patient to relevant service and answering telephone queries.
3. To escort VIPs to their destinations.
4. Any other responsibilities assigned by the higher ups.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
