Job Description:
lient Connect Specialist will help maintain relationships with current clients and build platforms for client retention and engagement.
How can you contribute at POSist?
- Address customer queries over calls & understand their challenges to suggest suitable solutions
- Foster client satisfaction by proactively addressing client needs or challenges
- Maintain and develop client relationships via methods like Email Marketing and Infographics
- Understand client’s buying and growth opportunities as input to the sales team
- Conduct client service assessments periodically
- Lead client referral campaigns for all clients
- Anticipate or recognize client’s requirements and share inputs with support or sales team
Basic Eligibility Criteria:
- A graduate with 0-1 years of experience
- Good communication skills
- Quick solution generator and has a creative bent of mind
- Solid ability to maintain interpersonal relationships
