Site Engineer – Civil Construction

Location: Palakkad, Kerala
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 3–5+ Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Engineer to manage and oversee day-to-day construction site operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Quality check & maintain at site.
- Taking quantity for requirement at site.
- Sub-Contractor Billing
- Technical co-ordination with concern persons.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Daily Labour Reports (DLR) to the Head Office.




- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.

Qualifications

Option 1:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of relevant site experience

OR

Option 2:

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience

Requirements

- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Own two-wheeler preferred for site travel.
- Candidates currently residing in Kerala are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
