Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering first and second level technical assistance for infrastructure, systems, and applications across both production and development settings. This role requires working closely with users and clients, either remotely or onsite, to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. The practitioner follows established procedures and operating models to maintain service stability and ensure high-quality support. Daily activities include monitoring systems, troubleshooting network and application problems, and collaborating with various teams to uphold seamless operational performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for solution development and operational planning of changes to the IT infrastructure of the client.
His/her area of responsibility includes, among others:
- Creation of site-specific network IT infrastructure architectures, designs and concepts
- Detailed, detailed and detailed planning of changes to the IT infrastructure
- Analysis and planning of the order according to the standards of the client
- Examination of the current status of the technical infrastructure (existing passive infrastructure (e.g. cable lengths))
- Special solutions existing in the current state and deviations from the standard configuration must be implemented by appropriate adjustments to the standard after consultation with the Client, especially in the case of replacements
- Planning the optimal use of accessories such as cables and transceivers
- Evaluation of documents and analyses for planning
- Carry out and coordinate rough planning and detailed planning
- Preparation of planning documents, e.g.:
o Network documentation
o Network plan L1 to L3
o Detailed network design
o IPv4 and IPv6 address design
o Hardwaresizing
o Migration planning
o Scheduling
o Quantity structure

- Implementation of change planning in terms of content and timing
- Takeover of change communication to involved interfaces
- Ensuring compliance with all test and acceptance procedures of change management as well as all quality standards of the client
- Transfer of changes
- Support in the implementation of all changes
- Support in the event of a malfunction
- Extensive documentation within the processes
- Creation and maintenance of knowledge entries
- Creation of operating manuals
- Participation in meetings and coordination, as well as independent communication (e.g. regular appointments) with local contact persons
Professional & Technical Skills:
- '- Sound knowledge of the development of on-prem infrastructures in the area of LAN, WLAN
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
