Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Professional with strong exposure to warehousing and logistics solutions who can drive new business acquisition, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business development for 3PL / 4PL services including warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution
- Identify and onboard B2B, B2C & D2C clients (E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Own the complete sales cycle – lead generation, pitching, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Develop customized logistics and warehousing solutions based on client requirements
- Build and maintain solid relationships with CXOs, supply chain heads, and procurement teams
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and revenue KPIs
- Coordinate with operations, finance,



and solution design teams for seamless onboarding
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-8 years of proven sales experience in 3PL / 4PL / Warehousing / Logistics
- Strong understanding of B2B, B2C & D2C fulfillment models
- Experience selling warehousing, distribution, last-mile, and value-added services
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong client network in logistics / supply chain domain preferred
- Ability to work independently and close high-value enterprise deals

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
