About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications that automate business processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive intelligent decision-making. Key Responsibilities

- Drive the development of AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions
- Design, develop, and implement scalable LLM-based applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
- Build intelligent AI assistants, chatbots, and AI agents for enterprise use cases
- Develop and integrate secure, scalable, and high-performance REST APIs to expose AI capabilities
- Implement advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions including:
- Semantic Search

- Question Answering

- Text Summarization

- Conversational AI

- Information Extraction

- Design and manage vector search solutions using Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS, or similar vector databases
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve LLM performance and response quality
- Integrate AI models with enterprise databases such as PostgreSQL/PostGIS and external business applications
- Optimize AI applications for scalability, latency, accuracy, security, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with product managers, software developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions
- Stay updated with emerging trends in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents,



LangChain, and related technologies
- Contribute to AI governance, best practices, documentation, and code quality standards
- Support AI adoption initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and implementing intelligent decision-support systems

Mandatory Skills

- Strong programming experience in Python
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Experience working with LangChain
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
- Experience designing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications
- Experience with Memory Systems for conversational AI
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering
- Experience with Vector Databases:
- Weaviate

- ChromaDB

- FAISS

- Strong understanding of embeddings, semantic search, and vector similarity search
- Experience building REST APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask
- Database knowledge, preferably PostgreSQL/PostGIS
- Familiarity with Git and software development best practices

Positive to Have Skills

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or Generative AI application development
- Experience with AI Agent frameworks
- Knowledge of OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or other LLM platforms
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments
- Experience with ML model deployment and monitoring
- Understanding of MLOps concepts
- Knowledge of Hugging Face Transformers and embedding models
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to knowledge graph or document processing solutions

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or Generative AI application development.
