Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to oversee day-to-day financial operations. In this role, you will manage core accounting activities, maintain accurate financial statements, execute bank/vendor reconciliations, and assist management with cost and budget tracking.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Daily Accounting Operations: Record and verify routine accounting entries including payment/receipt vouchers, journal entries, and sales/purchase invoices in Tally or ERP software.
- General Ledger & Reconciliation: Perform end-to-end general accounting activities, maintain books of accounts, and conduct regular bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting & Budgeting:



Prepare timely financial statements and provide management with accurate information regarding costs, budgets, and operational expenditures.
- Compliance & Process Control: Implement and follow all organizational accounting procedures in accordance with established guidelines and standard accounting practices.
- External Correspondence: Handle routine communication and correspondence with banks, financial institutions, and vendors on behalf of the company.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
