Accounts Manager – Manufacturing / Engineering

About Us

We are a well-established engineering company with an annual business turnover exceeding ₹100 Crore. We are looking for a agile, result-oriented, and highly accountable Accounts Manager who can independently manage the company's finance and accounting operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage the complete finance and accounting function.
- Handle accounting operations for a high-volume business with transactions running into crores.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow reports, and management dashboards.
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Lead statutory, internal, tax, and GST audits.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred).
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial, or EPC companies.
- Proven experience handling accounts for businesses with annual turnover of ₹100 Crore or above.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally Prime, or similar.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
