Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Generate new business leads through field visits and client meetings
- Present and explain software solutions to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested clients
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with management and internal teams for sales activities

Required Skills And Qualification

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel for field sales and client meetings
- Good customer handling and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of software/IT industry preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 1 Year in Sales / Field Sales
