We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Marketing Executive (for HR) to join our Recruitment & Staffing team. The candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships with companies and educational institutions to support recruitment activities and campus hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain tie-ups with Companies for recruitment requirements
- Coordinate with Colleges and Institutions for Campus Drives, Internships & Placement Activities
- Build robust professional relationships with HR Teams and Placement Officers
- Generate new business opportunities for Recruitment & Staffing services
- Schedule meetings, follow-ups and maintain client communications
- Support end-to-end recruitment coordination activities
- Maintain database of clients, colleges and candidates
Skills Required:
- Good Communication & Presentation Skills
- Strong Coordination and Negotiation Ability
- Basic Knowledge in Recruitment & HR Process
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally
