Job Summary

Classic Hyundai is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader (Sales) for our Bathery branch. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in an automobile dealership, with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive sales performance while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure consistent follow-ups with customers.
- Support team members in closing vehicle sales and handling customer queries.
- Generate current business opportunities through field activities and referrals.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for management.




- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with Hyundai dealership processes and company policies.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching to improve performance.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in an automobile dealership.
- Prior experience in a Team Leader, Senior Sales Consultant, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team effectively.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wayanad, Kerala
