- Inception and Survey of Land & plant
- Analyse drawings, Documents, reports related Civil activities.
- Execution of lay out for the footings and columns installation.
- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors for smooth execution of work at site.
- Following Installation Guidelines provided to them for installation of plant
- Coordinating with different departments to smoother execution of projects.
- Responsible to carry out the specified inspection / test in accordance with relevant Inspection/ Test Plans and ensure that Quality Records are maintained and signed - off by the Project Director / Construction Manager / Consultants / Client.
- Verify and certify running bills raised by I&C; /Execution Agencies as per actual site work progress.
- Review of project planning, scheduling and monthly progress reports.
- Responsible for execution of work as per Quality Control plan and Safety Plan (HSE Norms).
- To monitor everyday site execution work, progress & submission of site progress report to HO, i.e., overall site work monitoring.




- Coordinate with Contractors to ensure the project is delivered as per technical specification and compliance.
- Responsible for daily site quantity calculation to forecast the material requirement, labor

requirement plant and equipment.

- Responsible for preparation of method statements
- Responsible to assist and ensure all surveying work i.e. building demarcation, levels & grids etc.
- Direct the construction and operation activities at site.
- Prepare reinforcement details BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
- Prepare the measurement sheet for contractor billing.
- Accurate knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.
- Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased by vendors as per ISO norms.
