Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Digital Marketing Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and ensure timely delivery of digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills while acting as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client objectives, business goals, and marketing requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular review meetings and present campaign performance.

Project Management

- Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Content, Design, and Development teams.
- Prepare project briefs and ensure timely task allocation.
- Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed as scheduled.
- Ensure high-quality execution across all digital marketing activities.

Campaign & Performance Monitoring

- Monitor campaign progress and ensure KPIs are being achieved.
- Analyze reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Present monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations.
- Escalate concerns proactively and provide timely solutions.

Client Communication

- Respond promptly to client queries and requests.
- Maintain clear communication through emails, calls, and meetings.
- Manage client expectations regarding timelines and deliverables.
- Handle feedback and coordinate revisions with internal teams.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain meeting minutes and action items.
- Prepare monthly reports, project trackers, and status updates.
- Ensure proper documentation of all client communications.

Revenue & Retention





- Support client retention through exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
- Coordinate with the finance team for timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.

- Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
- Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
