Job Summary

The Panel Billing Coordinator is responsible for managing billing activities related to corporate panels, insurance companies, TPAs (Third Party Administrators), CGHS, ECHS, government schemes, and other empanelled organizations. The role ensures accurate claim preparation, timely submission, reconciliation, payment follow-up, and compliance with hospital billing policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate bills for corporate, insurance, TPA, and government panel patients.
- Verify patient documents, approvals, treatment records, and billing details before claim submission.
- Coordinate with the TPA team, insurance companies, and corporate clients regarding billing queries.
- Submit claims within prescribed timelines.
- Ensure all required documents are attached with each claim.
- Follow up on pending claims, reimbursements, and outstanding payments.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, deductions, and rejected claims.




- Maintain proper documentation and billing records for audits.
- Reconcile panel accounts and prepare periodic reports.
- Coordinate with IPD, OPD, Accounts, Medical Records, and Nursing departments for billing accuracy.
- Monitor pending approvals and communicate with concerned departments.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and panel agreements.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Support month-end billing closure and reconciliation activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Hospital Billing or Medical Billing is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
