Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute growth strategies for acquiring mid-market and enterprise clients across geographies.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting, requirement gathering, product demos, to negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
- Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial models tailored to client needs.
- Represent the company in industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
- Mentor and guide junior business development and sales executives.
- Track and report on KPIs, forecasting, and performance metrics.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development.




- Proven success in closing B2B SaaS deals, including enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing structures, and sales funnels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or equivalent.
- Solid market awareness and ability to identify new business trends and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Exposure to international markets (North America, Europe, Middle East).
- Familiarity with modern prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach.io).
