Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to prospective clients from provided leads, pitch our interior design services, and answer incoming customer calls.
Lead Qualification: Understand client requirements, budget expectations, and property timelines to identify reliable leads.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and book consultation meetings for qualified leads with our interior design team.
Database Management: Maintain and regularly update customer records, call logs, and follow-up statuses in CRM or Excel sheets.
Relationship Building: Follow up regularly with warm leads, rebuild connection with past contacts, and handle customer queries politely and professionally
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
