Profile: Strategic HR Manager & Culture-Textile-Surat-1 LPA

Experience:

5-8 years in HR, with experience in strategic HR leadership roles & culture building Experience in Textile industry (most preferrable) Salary Range: 50k to 1L

Roles:

- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business growth
- Plan workforce based on seasonality, order cycles, and expansion
- Drive strong company culture focusing on discipline, ownership & accountability
- Implement core values, behavioral standards, and work ethics on shopfloor
- Identify and groom future leaders (supervisors, line managers, etc.)
- Build HR dashboards and MIS for data-driven decision-making
- Design employee engagement initiatives for blue-collar workforce
- Strengthen employer branding to position company as preferred workplace

Qualification:

Graduate - Mandatory
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field (Preferred)
- Robust understanding of organizational development & HR strategy
