Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information
- Assist customers with product and service-related issues
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
- Escalate complex cases to the concerned department when required
- Work with the team to improve customer satisfaction and experience

Requirements:





- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an added advantage
- Patient, professional, and customer-friendly attitude
