About the Role
CredenTek Software & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a energetic and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with candidates, employees, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultancies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance records and support HR administration.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Draft HR communications and coordinate with internal departments.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or HR.
- Fresh knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
