About the Role

Constems-AI is looking for a passionate AI engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our AI team. You will work on designing, developing, and deploying deep learning and computer vision solutions for real-world VisionAI and RetailAI applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies in a fast-paced product development environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and fine-tune deep learning models for image and video analytics.
- Build and optimise training, validation, and inference pipelines.
- Develop AI solutions using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and related frameworks.
- Perform data preprocessing, augmentation, annotation, and dataset management.
- Deploy AI models using Docker, FastAPI, Flask, or similar technologies.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
- Research, evaluate, and implement modern AI architectures, including CNNs, Vision Transformers, and multimodal models.
- Optimise model accuracy, inference speed, and scalability.
- Debug, monitor, and improve deployed AI applications.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and computer vision.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or computer vision.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
- Good understanding of deep learning and computer vision fundamentals.
- Experience with image processing, object detection, image classification, or segmentation.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and deployment frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Understanding of Docker and Linux environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Hands-on experience with YOLO, Ultralytics, OpenMMLab, SAM, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of ONNX, TensorRT, or model optimisation techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and deployment pipelines.
