We are looking for an HR Operations Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support day-to-day HR activities and employee lifecycle management. The candidate should have knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee documentation, and HRMS handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Handle statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESI, and PT
- Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Prepare HR letters, offer letters, and employee-related documents
- Update and maintain HRMS and employee databases
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Required Skills
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Experience in payroll coordination and attendance management
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and confidentiality handling
Preferred Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist role
- Experience in handling PF, ESI, onboarding, and employee documentation preferred
