We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Executive with hands-on experience in bookkeeping and US accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with US clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping for US-based clients.
- Record daily financial transactions and prepare journal entries.
- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and supporting documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain financial data using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.

Requirements





- B.Com graduate (Mandatory).
- 3+ years of experience in US Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
