- Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, general ledger)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting
2. Project Accounting (Real Estate Focus)
- Maintain project-wise accounts for multiple real estate projects
- Track construction costs, land expenses, and vendor payments
- Ensure proper cost allocation and profitability analysis per project
3. Billing & Collections
- Handle customer invoicing, payment schedules, and demand letters
- Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
- Coordinate with sales team for client payment tracking
4. Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
- Handle tax filings, audits, and liaison with auditors/consultants
- Maintain accurate financial records as per legal requirements
5. Vendor & Payment Management
- Verify contractor/vendor bills and process timely payments
- Maintain vendor accounts and reconciliation
- Negotiate payment terms and manage disbursements
6. Audit & Internal Controls
- Conduct internal audits and ensure financial discipline
- Implement and monitor accounting policies and procedures
- Identify financial risks and suggest corrective actions
7. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with sales, legal, and project teams
- Provide financial insights to management for decision-making
- Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards
