Role & responsibilities

A Depository Participant (DP) Back Office role involves managing and supporting the operations of a depository service, facilitating the safekeeping of securities and efficient transaction processing.

Involves ensuring compliance with SEBI & other applicable rules & regulations of the stock exchanges i.e BSE/ NSE & CDSL. Daily settlements, Account opening & KYC, Reporting, Empanelment, Liaising with Backoffice in institutional cum HNI clients, and other day today back office work

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of stock markets, securities, demat system, stock broking back office, compliance with SEBI (Stock Broking, Merchant Banking, Investment Advisory). Familiarity with depository systems like NSDL/CDSL. Robust communication and customer service skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Depository Participant - DP: 2 years (Preferred)
- Stock Broking: 2 years (Preferred)
