Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring

- Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
- Prepare and publish job openings across relevant recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate technical and management interview rounds.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and negotiate joining dates.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Develop a pipeline of candidates for recurring requirements.

Employee Onboarding & Documentation

- Complete joining formalities for new employees.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Conduct basic HR induction and explain company policies.
- Coordinate with respective departments for employee onboarding.
- Maintain updated employee master data.

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

- Monitor daily attendance, late reporting, absenteeism,



and working hours.
- Maintain leave records and attendance reports.
- Prepare monthly attendance and Leave/LOP statements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance/Accounts team.
- Maintain records relating to salary revisions, incentives, deductions, and employee benefits.
- Address employee queries related to attendance and payroll.

Employee Relations

- Act as the first point of contact for routine employee HR matters.
- Coordinate with employees and managers to resolve workplace concerns.
- Maintain skilled communication between employees and management.
- Handle employee grievances confidentially and escalate serious matters to management.
- Support employee engagement and retention activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
