Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing and growing the company’s presence across social media platforms by creating engaging content, running campaigns, and increasing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Plan and execute content calendar (posts, reels, stories)
- Create engaging captions and content ideas
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads) for lead generation
- Analyze performance and optimize strategies
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators
- Track trends and implement creative marketing ideas




- Prepare weekly/monthly reports

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Content planning and creative thinking
- Good communication and writing skills
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools
- Time management and multitasking

Qualification:

- Graduate in Marketing / Any stream
- Digital Marketing certification (preferred)

Experience:

- 2–5 years in social media management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
