Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment at project sites.
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily site reports and update project progress.
- Verify measurements and monitor material consumption.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with company policies at site.
- Attend project review meetings and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Civil, Interior Fit-Out, MEP, HVAC,



or Turnkey Project execution.
- Ability to read drawings and understand project specifications.
- Good coordination and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
