Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Telesales Team Leader to manage and scale a high-performing sales team within the education sector. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, a target-oriented approach, and the ability to drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end telesales activities using assigned leads
- Conduct sales calls and follow-ups to drive conversions
- Grasping Ability and creating rapport with leads and not beating around the bush.
- Handle customer queries via calls and messaging platforms
- Present and explain product offerings effectively to prospective customers
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets
- Recruit,



train, and onboard telesales executives
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members
- Analyze sales metrics and optimize conversion strategies
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and drive business growth

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, with proven experience in team handling
- Prior experience in BPO or EdTech sales environment preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (mandatory)
- Highly target-driven with a performance-oriented mindset
- Must have a reliable power backup (UPS) setup for work from home
