Experience Required:

Minimum 02 years of experience in hospital quality management and accreditation processes

Qualifications:

- Management, or Healthcare Management is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital quality management/accreditation
- In-depth knowledge of NABH, NABL, ISO 9001:2015 and other healthcare quality standards
- Experience in handling audits, compliance reports, and staff training programs

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee hospital-wide quality improvement and assurance programs
- Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, and other healthcare quality standards
- Lead the preparation and successful completion of internal and external audits
- Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and quality manuals




- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and clinical/non-clinical quality indicators
- Conduct regular quality checks, risk assessments, and root cause analysis of incidents
- Organize staff training programs on quality, patient safety, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits, corrective actions, and accreditation processes
- Collaborate with department heads to improve workflows, patient satisfaction, and safety protocols
- Lead quality committee meetings and generate monthly/quarterly quality reports for management

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
