About the Organization

AUREXION Global Healthcare is hiring a skilled and responsible Biomedical Engineer (BME) on behalf of a leading Super Speciality Hospital in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.

The hospital is a state-of-the-art multi-speciality healthcare institution committed to delivering world-class patient care through advanced medical technology, clinical excellence, patient safety, and compassionate service.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of biomedical and medical equipment across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair biomedical and medical equipment.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and ensure timely calibration of medical devices.
- Monitor equipment performance, safety, functionality, and uptime to minimize operational downtime.
- Coordinate and monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC).
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, breakdowns, preventive maintenance, calibration, and service history.
- Maintain updated biomedical equipment inventory and asset records.
- Coordinate with authorized vendors and service providers for equipment installation, breakdown services, repairs, warranty claims, and technical support.
- Ensure biomedical equipment is maintained in accordance with hospital policies, manufacturer guidelines,



and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support compliance with NABH, NABL, and other applicable statutory and biomedical equipment safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify potential equipment failures or safety risks.
- Assist clinical and nursing departments in resolving technical issues related to medical equipment.
- Train and guide clinical staff on the safe and appropriate operation of biomedical equipment.
- Assist the hospital procurement team in evaluating technical specifications and suitability of biomedical equipment before purchase.
- Participate in the commissioning, installation, testing, and acceptance of new medical equipment.
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports and provide updates on equipment status to management.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of equipment breakdown and service requests.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of biomedical equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and calibration.
- Knowledge of NABH/NABL requirements and biomedical equipment safety protocols.
- Good understanding of medical equipment used in hospitals and clinical departments.
- Strong troubleshooting,



analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clinical teams, hospital departments, vendors, and external service providers.
