Job Profile.

1. Client Consultation and Guidance

- Provide clients with comprehensive information about visa requirements for various destinations.
- Advise clients on the type of visa they need, the application process, and the necessary documentation.
- Assist clients in filling out visa application forms correctly.

2. Documentation Management

- Collect, organize, and review all required documents from clients, such as passports, photographs, financial statements, invitation letters, and travel itineraries.
- Verify the authenticity and completeness of submitted documents.
- Ensure all documents meet the specific requirements of the destination country.

3. Application Processing

- Submit visa applications to the appropriate consulate or embassy.
- Track the progress of visa applications and provide clients with updates.
- Handle any follow-up inquiries from consulates or embassies regarding submitted applications.

4. Problem Resolution





- Address and resolve any issues or complications that arise during the process. visa application
- Provide solutions and alternatives if a visa application is denied or delayed.

5. Client Support and Communication

- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients throughout the process.
- Answer client queries and provide support via phone, email, or in person visa application.
- Offer additional services such as travel insurance, hotel booking, and flight reservations if needed.

6. Compliance and Record-Keeping

- Stay updated on the latest visa regulations and policies of various countries.
- Ensure all visa applications comply with the current immigration laws and requirements. Keep accurate records of all visa applications processed and maintain a database for future reference.

7. Basic accounting

- Raising the Invoice, Receipts and vendor bills.
