Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Associate to support marketing activities, brand promotion, patient/customer engagement, and business development initiatives. The candidate will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, managing promotional activities, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate field marketing, corporate visits, and community outreach programs.
- Support brand-building initiatives and ensure consistent brand visibility.
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, corporate clients, referral partners, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for marketing requirements.
- Manage social media promotions and digital marketing activities.
- Maintain marketing databases, records,



and documentation.
- Assist in generating leads and increasing patient/customer footfall.
- Ensure timely distribution of marketing materials and promotional content.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or related field.
- Experience in healthcare/hospital marketing is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.

Salary

- As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,713.10 per month
