MIS & Audit Executive

Role Overview

Responsible for reviewing internal reports, identifying errors, finding the root cause of issues, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. This role requires a strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Audit and verify internal reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify errors, data mismatches, and process gaps.
- Investigate issues, determine root causes, and ensure timely resolution.
- Reconcile data across ERP, Tally, and business reports.
- Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal processes.
- Support audit activities and maintain proper documentation.
- Recommend process improvements to reduce errors and improve efficiency.





Key Skills & Requirements

- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (Query, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.).
- Experience in MIS reporting, audits, and data reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and Tally.
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset.

KPIs

- Accuracy of reports and data.
- Timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Audit compliance and documentation quality.
- Reduction in reporting errors and process gaps.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
